This is what I look like riding my road bike - in my dreams. In reality, it took me about an hour to bike 8 miles this morning. Given that little factoid I'm estimating this triathlon will take me about 5 hours to complete. 3 hours to bike the 26 miles; 1 hour for the 1-mile swim; and 1 hour for the 6-mile run. I recall Oriah saying it took her 3 hours to do everything last year. I am now in full "What have I gotten myself into?" mode.

Training Update
