First Tooth!

Jonathan's first tooth broke the gums today! It is his bottom left tooth. It comes just 5 days before his 6 month birthday. What a big boy!

First time in shorts! I love this outfit!!!

Grandma Fuzzy

Michael's mom came to visit for a week and we had a blast! She brought a new purple bathrobe with her and it left purple fuzzies all over. She also brought a lint roller to clean them all up, but we now call her "Grandma Fuzzy" :)

This is the jumper that Patricia got for Jonathan for Christmas. He is just getting big enough to be in it and loves it.

Here is Jonathan playing with the exercise ball. He seems to be enjoying it. :)

She was here for St. Patrick's Day. Grandma Fuzzy is Irish and Jonathan is 1/4 Irish. We had to celebrate and wear our green. Here are a couple pictures we took:

We were sad that Patricia got sick while she was here, but we still had fun visiting with her and doing some shopping.

Rocking Chair

Jonathan loves sitting in the rocking chair... and he loves his newest discovery... his feet!

Jonathan is such a happy baby. We love him!

The Crib

Jonathan is the third generation to sleep in this crib! My mom slept in it when she was a baby. She inherited it. I slept in it. Now when we come to grandma and grandpa's house Jonathan sleeps in it. "Is it safe?" you may ask. For now, yes. When he starts moving around more we will have to see. :)

Rice Cereal!

Jonathan had his first taste of rice cereal on Saturday. It took him a bite to get used to it then he started helping his dad get the spoon to his mouth.

At the Airport

We were very sad we weren't able to go with the team to Georgia last weekend. The did so well... came home with 4 wins and ZERO losses. We had to go meet them at the airport. Here is how they were greeted:

Everyone was so excited to tell us all about the weekend. It was so fun to be there with them. We play Westminster tonight... wish us luck!

5 Months Old!

Here are some things I have noticed he likes to do/has started doing recently:

• Sits for short periods of time by himself
• Holds on to toys and plays with them
• Puts everything in his mouth (especially loves his burp cloths)
• Loves to suck on/bite his pointer finger
  
• Discovering his high-pitched scream
• Smiles every time he sees us strapping on the Baby Bjorn
• Drools a TON
• Loves attention
• Only wakes up once per night to eat (usually after sleeping about 8 hours)
• Takes 3 naps each day and sleeps a total of about 12 hours each night
  
• LOVES being outside on walks
• Smiles all the time :)
  

Go Cougs!

Jonathan and I weren't able to make the trip to Georgia with the team this weekend because the weather there isn't supposed to be great.

And this one Gangsta J is thinking "What now Georgia?" It is a good thing we're not at the games... he may try to pick fights with the other teams' fans. :)
