Michael and I decided to start training for the biking portion of the triathlon last night. We got on our bikes for the first time this year (for me) and the first time ever on a road bike (for Michael). We rode to Wal-Mart and back (about 7 miles round trip). It was a lot of fun! Next time I want to head up Hobble Creek Canyon. Wish us luck!
