Halloween dinner was at Niki's house on Sunday. She made crepes for us all... she is the Crepe Master. They were yummy! Then she and I made donuts. It was our first time... and we were successful! Here I am cutting out the donuts:
And here is the Master Chef (notice all the paper towels we put up so we wouldn't get grease splashing on everything):

Along the way we undercooked some, but by the end we got it down pat. It helped that we made a name for our donut shop. :)

Wow, niiice! What recipe did you use? They look so fluffy and good. Will you email it to me? And it looks like you just used a pan on the stove for frying them - how did you keep the oil the right temperature?
